Automatic Outage: Radials older than 12 hours. Operator should investigate.

Outage cleared automatically. Radial files have caught up since initial reporting

Site maintenance on Mar 11. Replaced ropes, installed new junction box, etc. Found that the antenna was installed on Nov 24 2020 with arrow pointing south instead of out to sea. Temporarily turned off radial processing until I was able to get the correct version of the Dec 15 pattern measurement installed on the site.
